Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management

Improve your understanding of how organizations function and develop effective skills in management and leadership when you pursue your Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management (BAOM) degree. Degree Focus
In the Organizational Management program, you will examine the human side of managing organizations, allowing for skill development in communication, group behavior, decision-making, human resource management, and ethics.

Admission Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or completed secondary school through home schooling as defined by state law or 60 transferable credits from an appropriately accredited post-secondary institution
- Satisfy the minimum age requirement of 22 or older

- Total number of credits required: 120 credits
- General Education Requirements: 46 credits*
- Major Course Requirements: 30 credits*
- Electives: 50 credits
Students must earn a minimum of 30 upper-division credits and a minimum of 21 credits at Ashford University (residency requirement).
*In this program, 6 credits from the major may also satisfy General Education requirements.
