Heather Ann Auger is an Instructor in the College of Liberal Arts at Ashford University. Ms. Auger earned her Associate’s degree in English literature from Chaffey College. She followed this with a Bachelor’s degree in English literature and a Master’s degree in English composition and rhetoric from CSU San Bernardino. She began teaching English composition in 2009 and joined at Ashford University in 2012. Ms. Auger loves Ashford University because it offers such a broad diversity of backgrounds and experiences. In each class, she brings energy and enthusiasm, and advises her students to pay attention to details. “Become your own editor, and take the time to produce polished work you can be proud of. Treat each class like a job; schedule time each week for your work to avoid turning anything in late!” When not teaching, she loves spending time with her kids at the park.
