Ashford University Makes Plans for Homecoming Week

November 14, 2011 – Ashford University’s weeklong annual Homecoming celebration will culminate with the crowning of the royal court on Saturday, Nov. 19 at the Vista Grande, Clinton, IA. Current students, faculty, staff and alumni have been invited to the Homecoming dinner and dance being held from 6-11 p.m. on Nov. 19.

Campus events are scheduled every day of Homecoming Week, Nov. 14-19. The public is invited to the community homecoming breakfast on Friday, Nov. 18 from 6:30-9 a.m. in Kehl Arena.

Saturday, Nov. 19 will see a variety of basketball games in Kehl Arena. At 9:30 a.m. there will be a women’s alumni game, followed at 10:30 a.m. by a men’s alumni game. At 1 p.m. the Ashford women’s basketball team will take on Grinnell College. The men will face Crossroads College at 3 p.m.
