'Back to College Night' Planned With LumberKings

With the 2011-12 academic year set to begin, it's time for the annual Ashford University "Back to College Night" with the LumberKings on Monday, Aug. 29 at 6:30 p.m. at Alliant Energy Field, Clinton. The Clinton LumberKings will take on the Beloit Snappers during this event sponsored by Ashford and Clinton Community College. Tickets are available FREE at both schools and at area businesses.

The night will be filled with activities for all members of the family with giveaways and a 50/50 raffle to benefit the Clinton Community College Scholarship program.

Representatives from Ashford University and Clinton Community College will have information about college programs and activities, including how to fund a college education at the KnowHow2Go information table located at the ballpark.
