Dr. Timothy Haupt is an Assistant Professor in the College of Liberal Arts at Ashford University. He holds a Doctor of Psychology in Organization Development from Alliant International University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior from California School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fresno. He is a certified Internet Webmaster and has designed his own educational site at www.drtimsweb.com. Dr. Haupt started his career as a postal worker and has also worked in social services, human resources, and as a contractor for car dealerships. He has been an instructor on-and-off since 1999, and has taught in brick and mortar and online environments for schools such as Colorado Technical University, University of Phoenix, Brandman University, and Everest University. He began instructing psychology courses at Ashford in the spring of 2012 and says, “My favorite thing regarding education is the fact that I am allowed to learn with the students. Every class brings its own unique flavor and perspective. This keeps me alive as a lifetime learner.” Dr. Haupt resides in Monterey, CA. He has been married for over 30 years and is the father to four adult boys. He is working on his fourth book about Microsoft Excel, which should be available for purchase in autumn 2013.
