Fine Arts Club

Fine Arts Club is a group dedicated to promoting all aspects of fine arts, including graphic design, visual art, dance, music and theater. The FAC presents art-related activities throughout the academic year and is instrumental in helping to produce Ashford's fall and spring theatrical productions.

It is the goal of the Fine Arts Club to bring an active awareness and appreciation of the fine arts on campus and in the community of Clinton, Iowa. FAC aspires to build constant working relations within Clinton and the surrounding communities. Through the creative and intellectual stimulus of student-initiated events, FAC strives to engage, inspire and motivate everyone to participate in the fine arts at Ashford University.

The primary objectives of the Fine Arts Club are to unite the Ashford student body in the appreciation of the disciplines of computer graphic design, English, film, music, theatre and visual art. The Fine Arts Club strives to provide opportunities for active awareness of the fine arts for students and community, and to build a working relationship for creative outreach among the University and the local community. Meetings take place on the first Tuesday of the month in the 5th floor Art Studio (C 6540).

Requirements: Any Clinton campus student of Ashford University can participate in the Fine Arts Club. Members are required to attend a minimum of seven meetings and one campus activity per semester.
