Dr. Marcus Crayton, Forbes School of Business

Dr. Marcus Crayton is an Assistant Professor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. He holds a PhD in Organization and Management and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Huston Tillotson University. His specific area of expertise is in building strategic visions to increase brand equity through the use of quantitative data analysis and innovative marketing strategies.

Bill Davis, Forbes School of Business

Bill Davis is an instructor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Lewis University, and a Certified Manager Certification from The Institute for Professional Managers. Mr. Davis has more than three decades experience working in the beverage industry. He is also a frequent contributor to Ashford University’s Forward Thinking blog.

Dr. Diane Hamilton is an Assistant Professor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. She received a PhD in Business Management from Northcentral University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University. Dr. Hamilton is the author of “The Online Student’s User Manual,” “How to Reinvent Your Career,” and “It’s Not You It’s Your Personality.”

Dr. Karen Lynne-Daniels Ivy, Forbes School of Business

Dr. Karen Lynne-Daniels Ivy is an Assistant Professor in the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. She holds a PhD in Organizational Management with a specialization in E-Business from Capella University, an MBA with a focus in Management/Marketing from St. Thomas University School of Law, and a BA in Applied Mathematics with a Computer Science focus from Washington University in St. Louis. At Ashford, Dr. Ivy focuses on Business Administration, Business Information Systems, International Business, and Organizational Management degree programs.

Shawn Milligan is an Assistant Professor in the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. She holds a DBA with a specialization in International Business from Argosy University, an MBA from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University. Dr. Milligan is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience as a manager, project manager, and marketing specialist.

Dr. Markus Spiegel, Forbes Contributor

Dr. Markus Spiegel is a partner with Connecticut-based Schaffer Consulting. He holds a PhD from the University of Liechtenstein. As part of his studies he lectured with his professor on principles of management, technology entrepreneurship, leadership and organization, as well as project management. Dr. Spiegel also holds a Magister (equivalent to an MA) in International Business Administration and Economics from the Innsbruck University School of Management.

Dr. Alan Swank is an Assistant Professor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. He hold a BA in Management and Organizational Development and an MA in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, as well as a PhD in Organization, Management, and Leadership from Capella University. A journeyman tool and die maker, and a journeyman welder, he spent eight years in the United States Air Force before opening and running his own manufacturing firm for more than 23 years.

Dr. Andree Swanson is an Assistant Professor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland European Division, a Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

Dr. Paula J. Zobisch is an Assistant Professor with Forbes School of Business at Ashford University.
