Ashford University to Host Virtual Teaching & Learning Conference November 7-9

SAN DIEGO (November 7, 2017) – Ashford University will host the Ashford Teaching & Learning Conference (TLC) on November 7-9, 2017. The virtual conference is intended to bring together faculty, staff, students, and researchers in a collaborative environment to present and discuss topics related to pedagogical practices, the adult learner, and the use of technology in the online learning environment.

“The critical question we seek to answer is how to best improve learning outcomes for the growing number of students who participate in online higher education,” said Dr. Craig Swenson, President and CEO of Ashford University. “Conference sessions focus on helping scholar-practitioners and their students build the most effective online environments.”

The Ashford TLC is organized by Ashford’s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. For more information on the conference, visit www.ashfordtlc.com.
