Forbes School of Business & Technology™
In 2013, Ashford University and Forbes Media collaborated to form the Forbes School of Business. Overseen by the Forbes School of Business Board of Advisors and taught by experienced faculty, the School has given business students online access to a vast amount of valuable Forbes resources and advanced curriculum. In 2016, the name was updated to Forbes School of Business & Technology.
“This collaboration is a natural extension of what Forbes has been doing for nearly 100 years: providing people with information and insights to enable them to develop their own talent and become true entrepreneurs,” said Steve Forbes, chairman and editor in chief of Forbes Media. “Our alliance is designed to help Ashford University’s students be effective in today’s rapidly evolving business environment and prepare them for opportunities.”
Some of the many benefits that the Forbes School of Business & Technology offers are business degree scholarships, the Forbes Distinguished Speaker Series, and the Forbes online library. Ashford University’s business students have exclusive access to a wealth of resources as well as online degree programs.
Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Public Administration are just few of the Bachelor’s degree programs offered at Ashford University. Additionally, there is a wide range of Master’s degree programs. Master of Accountancy, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Public Administration are all graduate degree programs offered through Ashford University’s Forbes School of Business & Technology.

College of Education
Today’s educators create tomorrow’s leaders, and Ashford University’s College of Education was built around that philosophy. The college offers various degree programs that help future educators* reach their goals and expand their knowledge within the field of education.
“I love hearing their stories and helping them achieve their goals. As an educator, my goal is to have students understand the content of the class and eventually be able to apply what they learn in their chosen fields,” said Dr. Tony Farrell, Executive Dean of the College of Education.
There is a wide range of departments within the College of Education that focus on specific areas of interest in the education sector. For example, the Department of Technology and Innovation offers online Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs aimed at helping students develop their expertise in designing, implementing, and facilitating various learning technologies in a variety of environments.
“The Master’s in Teaching and Learning with Technology introduces students to the use of technology in education and training. Students will create real world learning solutions in the classroom, training room, and in the field,” said Michelle Warn, Program Chair.

College of Health, Human Services, and Science
The health care industry is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, and the online degree programs within the College of Health, Human Services, and Science are geared toward helping students break into the health care field.
The mission of the College of Health, Human Services, and Science is to develop responsible and effective leaders in their chosen professions, organizations, and communities. The College promotes critical thinking and provides rigorous instruction in a student-centered and collaborative environment. It contributes to the academic community through creative teaching and scholarship, focused on cultural competency, social responsibility, and the health and well-being of diverse populations.
The College of Health, Human Services, and Science offers a wide range of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, such as the Bachelor of Arts in Complementary and Alternative Health, the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and the Master of Arts in Health Care Administration. College of Liberal Arts
