Where Do You See Yourself in a Year? Ashford Students Make Bold Predictions

It’s one of the most common interview questions: Where do you see yourself in five years.

It’s also a favorite question family members like to ask when you gather with loved ones around the dinner table for the holidays.

But we thought five years is much too far into the future. You’re working hard, and we’re eager to see you reach your goals, short and long term. That’s why we suggested you take a glimpse into the near future when we asked the Ashford community on Facebook to finish the following sentence:

A year from now, I see myself ___________.

The answers are sure to motivate. One’s even quite witty. And they’ll all definitely please the inquisitive family you hope to impress at Thanksgiving dinner.

While each answer is unique, they all prove Ashford students are determined to succeed. So many of you see yourselves smashing goals and making positive change in your lives, and it’s something to celebrate.

We selected some of the responses to share so you can find motivation in all the greatness being achieved. Which response will drive you to work harder on your goals? Check out the answers below and then let us know on Facebook where you see yourself in one year. Not only will it help you prepare to share your ambitions with the family during the holidays, but you also will help to inspire others to pursue their dreams.
