Biography

Dr. Rebecca Wardlow is the program chair of the Doctor of Philosophy in Education for the College of Doctoral Studies at Ashford University. She has worked in higher education, specifically with online education, over the past 10 years and has held a variety of positions including program director, executive dean, provost and senior vice president. 

Prior to entering higher education, she spent 20 years in traditional k-12 education, serving as a teacher, vice principal, and principal at various school sites in the Poway Unified school district in California. Her research passion includes special education, online education, and educational leadership.
